Did a killer workout yesterday and when I woke up today I shit you not I couldn’t get up. My butt and legs hurt so much. Stairs are hell! Bending over to pick something up is uhg just impossible. But that means it was a good workout right?

Ran today, the first time since my half marathon a month and a half ago!!! Also did a killer hitt arm workout. All shaky and sweaty. A well deserved shower is next
