Did a killer workout yesterday and when I woke up today I shit you not I couldn’t get up. My butt and legs hurt so much. Stairs are hell! Bending over to pick something up is uhg just impossible. But that means it was a good workout right?

Ran today, the first time since my half marathon a month and a half ago!!! Also did a killer hitt arm workout. All shaky and sweaty. A well deserved shower is next

Emma Watson works out, so why are you too good to work out?

She’s already skinny, she doesn’t need to work out.

to stay fit you need to work out once in a while ^ you cant just give up

Perhaps, she doesn’t workout to be skinny or stay skinny. Perhaps, she works out because she wants to feel healthy, she wants to be fit, she likes the way running and sweating makes her feel.

This is my favourite kind of fitspo- she looks fit, happy, and exhausted! Perfect post-work out picture. 

“She’s already skinny, she doesn’t need to work out.” <—- this always pisses me off… Because of course EVERYONE works out to be “skinny”??…. Is it so inconceivable that a person might ENJOY working out? Well some of us do :P Besides, it not game over when you get to your perfect weight… this is why so many people end up with weight that goes up and down so much ”Oh I’m perfect! time to eat “normally” and it on my butt again!” …. Lifestyle darlings NOT dieting ;) xx

Exactly. Working out isn’t just to loose weight. It’s to feel good and release those endorphins. It makes you happy and keeps you healthy! :)
